Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all interactions between you and Structural Dynamics School, located at 555 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V7X 1M8, Canada. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services
Structural Dynamics School offers in-person and online training sessions on economic dynamics. All service details are presented at strudynschool.com. Booking a session requires payment in advance.
Reimbursement Policy:
- Clients may request a full reimbursement up to 14 days before the scheduled session.
- Requests made within 14 days of the session are eligible for a 50% reimbursement.
- No reimbursements are available within 48 hours of the event. This ensures resource allocation and instructor commitment.
- Reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Sessions may be postponed once, free of charge, if notice is given at least 7 days prior. Subsequent changes may incur a fee.
2. Digital Products
Our digital guides and courses on market structure and modeling are delivered electronically upon purchase.
Reimbursement Policy:
- A full reimbursement can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no download or access has been used.
- If materials have been partially accessed, a 50% reimbursement applies.
- No reimbursements are granted after 14 days from purchase, due to content access controls.
- Approved reimbursements are issued via the original method within 10 business days.
3. Physical Goods
Structural Dynamics School may offer branded items such as manuals and instruments.
Reimbursement and Replacement Policy:
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging. A full reimbursement can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- For damaged or defective items, we provide a replacement or credit without charge.
- Shipping costs for replacements are covered by Structural Dynamics School.
- Reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days after the goods arrive at our facility.
4. No-Reimbursement Services
Certain bespoke consultation services are non-refundable due to preparatory work and resource commitments. These include one-on-one strategic reviews and customized implementations. Clients will be informed at booking of non-reimbursable engagements.
5. Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offering. In such cases, clients will be notified at least 5 days in advance and may choose between full reimbursement or rescheduling.
